Darian McBain is the founder of Outsourced Chief Sustainability Officer (OCSO) Asia, where she advises CSOs on supply chain management, sustainability communications, human rights, and risk and reputation management. Before this, she was Head of Sustainability for the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and for Thai Union, where she was the main driver behind the global SeaChange sustainability strategy. She is a Director and Board Member of several non- and for-profit organisations, UN SDG Pioneer for a Sustainable Ocean Economy, and a Visiting Professor in Practice with the London School of Economics and Political Science, a Senior Associate with the University of Oxford, and lecturing Integrated Sustainability Analysis at the University of Sydney.

Tjakko Dijk is a strategic consultant in sustainable urbanism and former politician from the Netherlands. He leads UrbanSphere Solutions, working to create more liveable, sustainable cities in Southeast Asia, especially Bangkok. Passionate about integrated sustainable solutions, Tjakko specializes in crafting strategies and guiding processes that tackle urban challenges while improving resilience and innovation. With a focus on turning ideas into actionable steps, Tjakko brings a hands-on approach to collaborations to drive meaningful sustainability transitions.

Martin Venzky‐Stalling brings 25 years of experience in strategy, change, and business transformation to help organizations drive growth, sustainability and resilience. He also provides training and leadership development to companies and international organisations, deploying creative and innovative tools for better insights, learning, and growth. Martin works across Southeast Asia and is fluent in Thai, German, and English. He has worked extensively with learning Thai and international companies and organisations such as ADB, UNDP, and the World Bank. Martin holds an Economics degree from SOAS, University of London, and an MBA with distinction. He is also a senior advisor at the CMU Science & Technology Park (STeP) and the director of the consultancy firm Ennova, focusing on insights and impact.
